Dr. Suhail Haque is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Certified Pain Management, as well as Certification in Medical Acupunctures by HELMS Medical Institute. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Haque has performed thousands of successful Interventional Pain Procedures with emphasis on Kyphoplasty, Radiofrequency, and Spinal Cord Stimulator trials. Dr. Haque brings Comprehensive and Well-Rounded Treatment Plans alongside Multimodality treatment to the patients of the American Pain Institute

Christina Rollins, ANP-BC, APRN/Clinical Director

Christina Rollins has chosen to dedicate her career to specializing in treating chronic pain since graduating with her MSN from Spalding University in 1998. Ms. Rollins is one of only 2 advanced practice registered nurses in the Commonwealth of Kentucky who are credentialed a Fellow by the Academy of Integrative Pain Management; she is also credentialed by American Nurses Credentialing Center in Pain Management Nursing, holds a Physician Certification in Small Pain Fiber Nerve Conduction Study by the Academy of Sensory Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International, the honor society of nursing. Ms. Rollins recently completed training for buprenorphine medication assisted treatment.

Angela Urhammer, APRN

Angela Urhammer has been working in health care for the past 24 years, and for the past 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her Bachelors of Science (BSN) degree was earned at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and her Masters of Science (MSN) degree was earned at the University of Minnesota in St Paul, MN. Angela is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center
